Carrier FAQ
How do I become an N3YCorp carrier?
To get started with N3YCorp, carriers must meet the following requirements:
A valid MC or USDOT number
Minimum $1,000,000 auto liability insurance
Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance
Reefer breakdown coverage listed on the insurance certificate (if applicable)
Completion of our online Carrier Agreement
Once these requirements are met, our team will guide you through the onboarding process.
How can I find and book loads?
We are currently developing a live truck board that will display all available loads in real time. In the meantime, we prioritize building long-term relationships with our carriers.
We keep records of carriers who have successfully run specific lanes for us in the past. When those lanes become available again, we reach out to those carriers first. At N3YCorp, we value loyalty and strive to provide our carriers with consistent opportunities and a great working experience.
How does N3YCorp handle carrier payments?
After setting up through RMIS, carriers can choose from the following payment options:
Factoring
Check Pay
Quick Pay
Factored carriers may have their factoring company invoice N3YCorp directly.
Check Pay carriers may invoice N3YCorp directly and choose payment via ACH or check.
With Quick Pay, carriers can submit their invoice and POD directly to the sales representative who booked the load. Quick Pay includes:
A 2% fee on the total line haul
An additional $15 per $1,000 sent via money code
We also offer fuel advances to carriers who have completed at least one load with N3YCorp. Eligible carriers may receive up to 40% of their total pay while in transit. Fuel advances carry the same fees as Quick Pay.

For payment-related questions, you may contact your assigned sales representative who handled the load, or reach out directly to our accounting team. Our team is always available to assist you.
Who do I contact if I have a problem while moving a load?
If you experience any issues while hauling a load, please contact the sales representative who booked the order—they’ll assist you right away. If needed, you may also contact the N3YCorp office associated with the load for immediate support.
